Your state senator needs to hear from you now!   LEGAL & LEGISLATION West Virginia: Carry Permit Fee Reduction Heading to Governor On March 3rd, the West Virginia Senate voted 34-0 to pass House Bill 4955. House Bill 4955 reduces the application fee for a License to Carry Deadly Weapons (LCDW).
