It now goes to a House Finance Subcommittee for further consideration. In addition, the Senate Finance Committee will hear Senate Bill 765 on Tuesday, March 16th.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION North Carolina: House Passes 2nd Amendment Protection Act Today, the House passed House Bill 134 by a vote of 72-44. The bill expands the ability of citizens to defend themselves and their loved ones while attending religious worship.
