Hawaii: Senate Passes Gun & Mag Ban Expansion Bills
This week, the Senate passed two anti-gun bills. They will now go to the House for further consideration.
 
Tennessee: Constitutional Carry Bills Progress

Tennessee: Constitutional Carry Bills Progress
Yesterday, the House Criminal Justice Committee advanced House Bill 786. It now goes to a House Finance Subcommittee for further consideration. In addition, the Senate Finance Committee will hear Senate Bill 765 on Tuesday, March 16th.
 
North Carolina: House Passes 2nd Amendment Protection Act

North Carolina: House Passes 2nd Amendment Protection Act
Today, the House passed House Bill 134 by a vote of 72-44. The bill expands the ability of citizens to defend themselves and their loved ones while attending religious worship. This is similar to the Senate Bill 43 that the Senate recently passed.

Colorado: Senate Passes Bill to Further Victimize Gun Owners
Yesterday, the Senate passed Senate Bill 78.  This bill does nothing to prevent crime and instead targets law-abiding gun owners, possibly already suffering from the acts of criminals.  It now goes to the House for further consideration.

House Bill 1369 has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee for further consideration.
