They will now go to the Rules Committee for further consideration.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Kansas: Eddie Eagle Gun Safety Legislation Passed out of the House Today, the Kansas House passed gun safety legislation, Substitute House Bill 2089, by a 75 to 47 vote.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Florida Alert! Poll of Florida Sheriffs by Sheriff Wayne Ivey on Florida's Church Carry Bill Sheriff Wayne Ivey of Brevard County decided to find out how all sheriffs viewed the bill and conducted a poll. Earlier today, the Tennessee Senate passed important Constitutional Carry legislation, Senate Bill 765.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Vermont: Gun Free Zone Legislation To Receive Senate Vote Vermont has been an example for the rest of the country for decades when it comes to both responsible carry and gun ownership.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Iowa: House Passes Permitless Carry & Frivolous Lawsuit Prevention Last night, the House voted 60-37 to pass House File 621, to protect Second Amendment rights from frivolous lawsuits, and also voted 60-37 to pass House File 756, for permitless carry and other pro-gun measures. They will now go to the Senate for further consideration.
