Oregon: Anti-Gun Bill Expected to Receive a Vote in the Senate Tomorrow
The Senate Judiciary has approved anti-self-defense legislation, Senate Bill 554, sending the measure to the Senate floor for a final chamber vote.

This past week and weekend, Governor Kristi Noem signed multiple pro-gun and self-defense bills into law.

West Virginia: Pro-Gun Bills Advance from Committees
Yesterday, committees in both chambers of the West Virginia Legislature voted to advance the pro-gun bills before them. Senate Bill 458 protects Second Amendment rights during emergencies, and House Bill 2793 establishes a nonresident carry permit. These bills now go to the floors of their respective chambers for further consideration.

Draft bills are currently being circulated to restrict magazine capacities and require a license to obtain handguns. In addition, last week, House Bill 124 was introduced, to strip Second Amendment rights without due process.
