As such, a few anti-gun bills are essentially dead for the year.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Arizona: School Pick-Up/Drop-Off Bill Soon Eligible for Floor Vote House Bill 2840 will be eligible for Senate floor action as soon as next week.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Iowa: Ask Gov. Reynolds to Sign Constitutional Carry & Frivolous Lawsuit Prevention Bills Earlier this week, the Legislature passed two pro-gun bills and will soon be sending them to Governor Kim Reynolds for her signature.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Wyoming: Permitless Carry Strengthening Legislation Passed out of Senate Committee Yesterday, the Wyoming Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously passed legislation that enhances Wyoming's Permitless Carry laws, House Bill 116.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Kansas: Senate Committee Hearing Scheduled for Firearm Safety Legislation Next Monday On Monday, the Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee will consider gun safety legislation, Substitute House Bill 2089.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION North Dakota: Emergency Powers Legislation Sent to the House Floor Today, the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee unanimously passed Emergency Powers legislation, Senate Bill 2344, sending the measure to the House Floor for full consideration.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Kansas: Important Emergency Powers Legislation Signed into Law Yesterday, Governor Laura Kelly signed Emergency Powers Legislation, Senate Bill 40, into law.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Connecticut: Legislation to Ban Self-Defense at Polling Locations Scheduled for Committee Hearing The Joint Committee on Government Administration and Elections is scheduled to consider legislation that would impose a gun free zone on all polling locations in Connecticut.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Colorado: House Committee Passes Legislation Victimizing Gun Owners The House Judiciary Committee has passed Senate Bill 78, on a party-line vote.  The measure now heads to the House Floor for Second Reading.  SHARE THIS EMAIL   HELP DEFEND SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS   Find Your Polling Place  Register To Vote  Write Your Lawmakers  Volunteer!    FOLLOW NRA-ILA © 2021 National Rifle Association of America, Institute For Legislative Action.
