On Monday, May 17, the Minnesota Legislature adjourned from their 2021 Regular Session.  This session, your NRA-ILA constantly monitored over 50 pro-and anti-gun measures.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Alaska: Emergency Powers Legislation Passed out of Committee Yesterday, Emergency Powers Legislation, Senate Bill 136, was passed out of the Senate Community and Regional Affairs Committee.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Texas: HB 1927 Constitutional Carry Still in Conference Committee: Take Action Now! With twelve days left in session, House and Senate conferees have not issued a conference report resolving their differences on House Bill 1927 for their respective legislative chambers to take a final vote on.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Nevada: Gun Free Zone Expansion Introduced as an Emergency Measure! Yesterday, Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro (D-6) used an emergency measure to revive the gun free zone expansion language that was amended out of Assembly Bill 286 earlier this session as a new bill: Senate Bill 452.
