On June 1st, the Senate Veterans and Public Safety Committee will hold a first hearing for Senate Bill 185, where it will receive sponsor testimony only. It ensures that Second Amendment rights remain protected during a state of emergency.

Michigan: House Passes Bills to Reduce CPL Fees
Yesterday, the House voted 66-43 to pass House Bill 4030 and 67-42 to pass House Bill 4498. These bills reduce both the application fee and the renewal fee for a Concealed Pistol License (CPL). They will now go to the Senate for further consideration.

On May 25th, the Assembly concurred with the Senate Amendments to Assembly Bill 286, sending it to the Governor for his consideration. Yesterday, the Senate passed Senate Bill 452, the gun-free zone expansion, continuing the assault on your Second Amendment Rights in the Silver State.
