Thanks to NRA members and other Second Amendment supporters contacting their lawmakers, this was a good session for law-abiding gun owners in Illinois, in that no anti-gun measures are going to the governor's desk.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Alabama: Louisiana Also Beats Alabama in Passing Constitutional Carry Less than a week after the Texas Legislature passed constitutional/permitless carry, yesterday, the Louisiana Legislature passed its own constitutional carry bill.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Louisiana: Legislature Passes Constitutional Carry Legislation, Sending it to Governor's Desk Yesterday, the Louisiana Legislature gave final approval to Constitutional Carry Legislation, Senate Bill 118.
