During this session, the House passed House Bill 2840, critical self-defense legislation to reduce arbitrary boundaries where law-abiding citizens are left defenseless. Unfortunately, the Senate failed to take action on HB 2840 before session ended.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Kansas: Pro-Gun Law Goes into Effect Today! Today, both Kansas and out-of-state law-abiding gun owners will be able to take advantage of pro-gun legislation that was passed into law during the Legislative Session, House Bill 2058.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION Delaware: General Assembly Adjourns Sine Die Yesterday, the General Assembly adjourned sine die from its 2021 legislative session. During this session, the General Assembly continued its erosion of Second Amendment rights by passing House Bill 125, to essentially end the centuries-old practice of home-built firearms for personal use, to ban existing home-built firearms, and to restrict free speech on firearms design. It is currently before Governor John Carney for his consideration.
