Police arrest suspected Stockton serial killer during "mission to kill"

Wesley Brownlee, 43, was arrested on the single charge of homicide, although the San Joaquin District Attorney has 48 hours to add more charges. He was found with a firearm upon his arrest, but the Stockton Police Chief Stanley McFadden did not have any information on the ownership of the weapon
