Biden declares 'no more drilling' two days before crucial midterm elections

President Biden spoke, apparently in response to an individual in the New York rally crowd, after his official remarks ended by promising ‘no more drilling’ for oil. “No more drilling,” he said, waving his hand with a back and forth motion. “There is no more drilling. I haven’t formed any new drilling.”
