White House Report Card: Jobs bolster Biden, but his budget is DOA

This week’s White House report card finds President Joe Biden buoyed by a very positive jobs report and continued low unemployment rate. His approval rate is improving, and Rasmussen Reports even has him at 50% positive, his best in months.
