  1. Aside from complete disbandment of the FBI, the other solution is to move them to nice new headquarters in Wyoming, or maybe Idaho, or maybe Nevada or even Montana. Montana.

    But they absolutely must be moved out of Washington, DC. They should only have a small field office in the capital.
